Refund policy

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item based on the delivery date of the package. To initiate a return, please contact our customer E-mail at [support.truly@dinq.us] and provide a detailed description of the defect along with clear photos of the item and order number. The shipping cost used to deliver the item initially and return the item will not be refunded.

Size Exchanges:

For all Size exchanges - We do not require customers to ship back the goods but pay an extra Restocking fee + shipping fee for the items instead. The restocking fee will be 33% of the items current retail value.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Pre - Order info: 

Depending on the complexities of the items, Pre-Orders can range around from 2-4 months to arrive at your door, T-shirts and hoodies usually arrive in two months, complex letterman jackets around 3-4 months.

All in stock items will ship separate from pre-orders for domestic USA customers only. Pre-order items with different shipping timelines will generally ship together unless they require more then one shipment in case of larger orders.  

By purchasing any pre-order items, the customer understands that all pre-orders have a manufacturing period and a transit period to our warehouse. It is the customer's duty to understand the meaning of Pre-order as it is placed next to it's product titles and is expected to read the descriptions clearly to understand the timeframes of delivery.

Any Chargebacks initiated without first reaching out to customer service or initiated before the promised delivery date of the items will be Null and Void as customer agrees to the timelines of pre-order items upon purchase.

Sizing Style:

Our shirts are designed to have an oversized fit, which means they run a bit larger than traditional sizes. We recommend purchasing the size you usually wear for the preferred look of a relaxed and baggy fit. Please keep in mind that the oversized style may not be for everyone, and if you prefer a more fitted look, you may want to consider sizing down which is not recommended. Delivery:

Any items with Parenthesis in their title will display the time and date they will deliver. Shipping will usually occur within 1-5 business days after orders have been placed. if that item is currently in - stock. if any item states ships  *date* the item will ship once they arrive at the warehouse. any items that are in production status will have a note in their descriptions on how long production and boat delivery will take. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, please allow for 2-7 business days for your order to arrive at your door within the U.S. For international orders, delivery timeframes may take between 7-18 business days.  

Distressed Tees:

Some of our tees with have a special design where the the hem and cuffs have an extreme distressed look. it is required to wash them on delicate cycles, low heat, and low to medium loads. to preserve the best look for any piece of clothing. we recommend washing in such settings.
