Shipping policy

Pre-Order Policy - 

- All Pre-order items have a production timeframe and a shipping timeframe from overseas to our warehouse located in each individual product description; for any product that has the word Pre-order next to their title name. 

• All Pre-order products contain different timeframes in which it takes or production to complete and transit time to the warehouse. 
• Pre-orders may take around 2 - 4 months depending on the product. 
• For order cancelations and refunds. The Cost of goods will not be refunded and only the difference in margin and shipping will be refunded to customers bank. 
  
• By purchasing a pre-order, the customer understands there is a wait time depending on the item and must fully read the product description of said item to understand the shipping timeframes. 
• Failure to read any product descriptions with Pre-orders in their title will result in negligence and evidence that customer did not take the time to understand purchasing a pre-order item.
• Chargebacks made without contacting customer support provided with date and evidence and made before the  earliest promised shipping dates are invalid.
  
  
  

Shipping - Domestic,

• Within the USA, after an item has shipped, allow 2-5 days for them to arrive to your door ( based on location and transit times and distance )

Shipping - International 

• Any package 5 pounds and above will be sent via express international taking around 3 - 10 days.
• 4 Lbs. and under will be 2 - 3 weeks transit time.
  
  
  

Ordering Ready to ship items with Pre-orders. 

• Generally, Ordering any items ready to ship with pre-orders will generally have all items ship together with the Pre-order when it is ready to ship out.
• If an Order is large enough, and requires multiple shipments to the Customer. Then ready to ship items will head out first.
  
• during special seasons and promotions, we may ship in stock items first before pre-orders without any extra shipping or handling fees required.
